Schedule Change Requests for Fall 2020

Due to the impact of COVID-19 and school closures, this is how information will be collected to make changes to your schedule.  The last day to submit this form is THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd.  It is critical that you take your time reading and filling this out.  Please note that changes will only be made for the following reasons:

Incorrect level or duplicate course (passed previously)
Missing a period (ex. No 2nd period, 2 5th periods)
